0CC 0.3.15.3 Not Importing WAVs

Hi there, I recently switched to 0CC 03.15.3 from 0.5b, and when I try to import mono 16-bit 48kHz WAVS into 0CC, the dialog makes it look like it's going to work, but I just get silence. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

[N163] Super Castlevania IV - Theme Of Simon Belmont

A fairly vanilla cover of Simon's Theme from Castlevania IV. Making the instruments was a lot of work, but I think it paid off. The DPCM samples are from the SNES ROM, except for some toms I borrowed from Akumajou Densetsu, and some strings from my DAW.

Great job on this! If I didn't know better, I'd think I was hearing the real NES audio. I don't hear any dissonance, everything sounds pretty much identical to the real game music.
