So, I divided the original one triangle channel into 3, making it so that I can have multiple fades, etc. Everything sounds great right now, but I'm having trouble fitting the lead notes in.

Okay, so I've finished the notes and things, but I still need to balance the volumes, and master the sound effects. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome, thanks. My recommendation would be what was said earlier in the thread. Get the song to MP3 or WAV somehow, then edit it down to the sound effect w/ Audacity or whatever. Then just import the edited sound file.

Oh, I saw there was an spc file for it, but I wasn't sure if there was a software for spcs, thanks!
