In regards to VRC7 presets: You literally can't play more than one custom patch at a time, so using the presets is basically unavoidable if you want more than one type of sound playing at a time.

This is not a bug. The hardware sweep units act slightly different between the two channels.

i spent some time making some dpcm samples that sound fairly decent, i hope they can be of use to people using famitracker, ppmck, or some other tool to make famicom nes music.
