Re: hi. an explanation and an apology.

Using someone's music in part is obviously not stealing. Using it in whole is non-obviously (it seems) not stealing. It really honestly all belongs to God and (given) to Man, not only to specific people by themselves. Even without religion in the picture, it's actually nicer to have your work ackno...

Re: hi. an explanation and an apology.

How has this thread been alive for 10 months? And why hasn't the bastard stolen any of MY music? I mean is it that bad? Kidding. It's not like you can steal music that has been put up in the public domain. ;) But yeah... That guy clearly proved that he doesn't care & honestly, posting more...

Re: The 0cc Famitracker discord banned me !!! :'(

This reminds me of someone back in 2009 or 2010, who also had no talent & was still bragging that his talentless style will be the next big thing.

Re: What was the longest song you ever covered?

The longest song I've ever covered was Run With Us by Lisa Lougheed. Either that or Clubbed To Death. Those were done when I first started in 2009 with FamiTracker 0.3.0 & I know it's not great at all, but hey; it was a first attempt.

Use the spreadsheet version; this works in LibreOffice or any office program that supports open document standards.

Re: .FTM Plugin

I'm actually enjoying the WinAmp plugin, plus all I was saying that it's possible, with the same persistence & perseverance, to create a uFMOD-like DLL. Now don't take this as a request to have this made; you already went above & beyond with making your plugin as it is & I'm not one to r...

Re: .FTM Plugin

And there you have it, folks; a fully-working WinAmp plugin to play FTM files. And if anyone remembers, the same is very possible to do in the form of a uFMOD-clone API for using FTMs in your own demos, keygens & other project.

Re: .FTM Plugin

Actually, it IS possible (that wasn't what I was arguing against at all). What I was saying was that this goes beyond the scope of FamiTracker itself (i.e.: look up cpow's project to create a uFMOD-like library for FTM files). Also, if you didn't understand what I was saying earlier about the differ...

Re: .FTM Plugin

Well, there's also another issue at play here. How about compatibility between each FTM file version? And what about modules that use multiple chips/channels? This said, it actually IS possible to make WinAmp plug-ins because cpow did release a library to work with FTM modules. Technically, you coul...
