Re: Gymnopédie No. 1 - Erik Satie

Nice Fami-cover! This is pretty much perfect. Maybe you can do the other two some time! In particular, I love having a loopable version; this song is one of my favorites for studying, so not having to constantly press play again will definitely be useful. My one complaint is that not much "new&...

Voices of the Trees(2A03)

Sorry I haven't been posting original pieces in a while! This one gave me some serious composer's block and took over a month to finish. It's quite a departure from my comfort zone, being in 7/8, having a few accidentals here and there, along with a key signature of B Minor, a key Beethoven himself ...

Thanks for the feedback! Here's an edited version that fixes the square attack issue.

AVGN Adventures-Happy Fun Candy Time(N163-4)

After getting this song stuck in my head(I've never actually played the game), I decided to try my hand at covering it in Famitracker. I was originally going to use the 5B chip, since the song already had Sunsoft Bass in it, but it turned out I needed an extra channel, so I switched to N163. I'm sti...

Re: Feedback on waltz please!

This is great! My only complaint is that the part from frame 05 and on is kind of messy. I think some volume control edits would make it better.

These are all great! The preview sounds amazing already, and the Fish and Chips edit seriously improves the song.

Re: My 2nd and 3rd compisition

These are cute! I feel like with a few additions, #2 could be a good song. #3 could be the bass and drum section of a song, but I don't think it works as a standalone piece. Otherwise, good first attempt!

Re: Background music test II

These songs do seem to be an improvement to your previous stuff. One thing I'm noticing is that you tend to give two spaces between notes. While this is okay if you're going for a dotted note, yours sound like they're meant to be regular quarter notes. When doing quarter notes in Famitracker, the be...

Re: The Void Bandit [VRC6 + FDS] (BETA 5)

This is pretty cool! I've never really heard any of the Follin brothers' stuff(And I call myself a chiptuner...) so I can't tell if you've been influenced by that. I do like the C64-esque bass, though; I love VRC6 pulse modulation! I can definitely imagine this being the theme of some thief in a fut...
