[2A03/VRC6] Ninja Gaiden 1-1 Original + Remix

So, well, pretty straightforward cover of the first level of the game. It kinda doesn't sound 100% precise, but sounds really good.

Re: Slammin's COVER Doodles Thread

I've recreated 2 tunes into a single track from the Star Soldier game from Hudson Soft. The original uses hardware envelopes, but I kinda simulated it in the instrument used.

Re: Frantic

I've heard that the Fxx effect can change tempo when set between 20-FF, although I'm not quite sure how it works Well, as far as I tested, F20~FFF goes from a 32 to 255 BPM, in 1 BPM Increments, at base tempo and speed (Tempo 150, Speed 6), but its value depends on the preset tempo and speed, so......

Re: How to make one track swing while the others play regularly?

Hey there's one more thing I'm trying to figure out for this song. How do I make it so that when the song loops it skips the first frame(The intro), like in Mario 3? Using the "Dxx" command allows you to skip a frame to the next one directly, and you can define the row you want it to jump...

It's not that I'm not willing to help, but, I should be nice if you first try to learn the basics of the software from the Wiki. Yes, it's also possible to alter the TEMPO with the Fxx command, but, I would like to suggest again that you stick to the list of common tempo values that I mentioned in m...

Re: Frantic

Okay well I'll just throw this song away and work on something festive. You don't really have to throw away what you do. Let me show you a little rework of this. -Starts working on it- ...and there... Done! It's not yet musically good, but I tried a couple of things with a different approach. Edit:...

I f***** love AaL! As for the kicks, I've included a couple that I got in my samples folder.
You can also try rebalancing volumes, having a similar effect to a boosted up kick, or include a quick triangle kick every DPCM one

Just played a couple of stages and payed more attention to the music than playing if, but, I'll give it a serious shot in another time. Looks good, though.
