The thing is, why do the rules force us to use a version of famitracker that is no longer updated since 2 years.

It's one of the musics I am working on, i take any criticism.

It's okay, just post your 0CC modules on the Discord server. The Discord server allows you to post 0CC modules. The server is more active than the forums.
