I noticed that the phpBB can enable that.
I want that thing cus I always accidently bump on the thread... litelary!

Here's a bit of advice for you: When you make a request, make sure you explain why would you want this or why would it be useful for the forum and its users. This is important because otherwise your request would have no value.

Anyway, from what I understand, this allows users to post in threads without bringing them to the top? That would be useful for certain threads, like those forum games in the off-topic section, but if these didn't exist (I wish they didn't tbh), I'm not sure how it would be useful in the context of these boards. Can you think of any other situations where this would be useful?

Maybe for activities in the music sections like "stereotypical 8-bit style" or "make covers from memory"? Or perhaps those guess the song threads?

Hm... yeah those would probably work. How would one go about enabling this for a thread though (if the forum has the feature enabled of course)? Is it only for mods or admins?

If I don't forget about it, I'll look into this on my local copy of phpBB when I get home.
