It seems to pick up Oscillioscope values for the meter.

*Facepalm*

Play the FTM attatched in my previous post with the beta and the meter decay rate set to fast. Look at the meter for Pulse 1. It flickers, right?
Now, stop the track, mute the FDS and play it again. Look at Pulse 1 again. It doesn't flicker anymore, right?

I have no idea what's going on, but I'm pretty sure it isn't supposed to be like that and that IT DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH OSCILLIOSCOPE VALUES SINCE IT REACTS DIFFERENTLY WHEN YOU MUTE THE FDS.

I hope I was clear enough this time... :)

I was importing Overlords Silver Surfer drums into an FTM and suddenly I got speed -1 that I can't change back... Don't ask me how...
Yes, this happened in the beta 5
Edit: I observed this closer by rebuilding the FTM and exporting both the glitched one and this new one to TXT files. The thing that was causing this was that "split" (I have no idea what it does) somehow got set to 0, which made the FTM's speed glitch out.

Here is an FM Patch bug with the VRC7.

Simply opening and playing the .ftm sounds as it should, but for some reason, the level slider in the patch editor is all the way to the right, when they both should be one space away from it.
This happens in the current stable version also.

the clash between vrc6 and 2a03 notes sound odd. it left me wondering if it is a bug or not!

here's an example. im using 0.5 beta 5.

5B support, eh? Always wanted to try this chip out. I'll ride the hype train.

There's this strange issue which affects the NSF exporter, for some unknown reason, at around 00:50 (in NSFplug (Winamp)) the note shifts to the wrong note instead of the given note.
In the FTM this isn't the case however.

What is causing this?
Does Hertz have a super complex explanation to this or anyone else?

Edit: When the song restarts (didnt input a Cxx), at some point, the DPCM (which is a voice clip, repeats atleast 3 times) is completely wrong, happens around at 4:00, and at 05:06 the same happens, wrong sample and wrong pitch.

In FamiTracker, each Qxy/Rxy effect sets up the destination note immediately, via a call to CChannelHandler::SetupSlide(int, int), but in the NSF driver the effect type and parameter are stored into var_ch_Effect and var_ch_EffParam, then the portamento is loaded by calling ft_load_slide once. Compare this behaviour to the VRC7 custom patch effects in the 0.5.0 betas.

Using two portamento effects of the same type may be required at specific circumstances, but using both Rxy and Qxy on the same tick is redundant in all cases.

I've been toying around with the 5B chip, and it seems to be able to pull off a sort of spectrum-ey noise feature that will work well for percussion in the future. Is there anything else that it can do? And if so, how? I've never used the 5B before, so this chip is completely alien to me.
