What is BETA 0.5.0? How do I get it?

I've been recently been browsing the "Original Songs" board, and I've noticed that some of the .ftm files couldn't play, because I needed the beta.

I have a few questions:

What is the beta?
What features are added?
How can I get it?

You don't need to get it. Get 0CC-FamiTracker and use it since it is a superior version with better user interface and powerful functions.
But yeah, you won't open 0.5beta modules with it.

Clarification on this: You can't post modules that can't run on an official build of Famitracker. You can still post 0CC .nsfs and 0CC modules that can run in 0.4.6 or 0.5.

I personally feel jsr should make 0CC Famitracker official... that way there would be no one complaining about one posting 0CC modules. Or at the very least, the official Famitracker could incorporate more features of 0CC.
