How do I make this kind of arp sound?

Not actually sure if this is arp, but this is what I mean (you can hear it at 2:51, if it doesn't start there automatically):

Every time I attempt to make this kind of sound, it end up sounding really bad.

My guess is its something like this, a fast one frame arpeggio. I don't here any pulse stuff so I assume its just square waves.

Yeah that sounds like it. I guess the reason for it sounding bad is because the arp was too slow. Another reason may be that I usually plan songs in MIDI, and the note "attack" in the MIDI notes made it sound bad.

{ 0 0 12 12 } is exactly what I had in mind when I heard that, so +1 to Ultrabyte.
