How do I start making Chiptune?

I'm inspired by artists such as Anamanaguchi and Kitsune². Also by games like Megaman and Sonic.
I've only worked with Renoise as a tracker before, mainly for Breakcore.

You've found the right program. If you only rarely used those programs and don't have a lot of background in composing, I'd highly suggest starting out with covers. Many people here got their start with this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwNElW5IEo0 I also suggest going through the demo modules that come with FamiTracker and learning some techniques there. After that, just start writing and writing and writing and you'll eventually build up the skill (provided you are posting your modules and are listening to your feedback)
