Hey.

I just wanted to ask what was the longest song you ever covered. For me, the longest song I ever covered was Tunnel Society v2.0 from Bejeweled 2 Deluxe, with it lasting exactly four minutes (search Tunnel Society if you want to listen to it). I also use OpenMPT to cover my songs, and the most recent song I covered there that length is The Capital City of Flowers in the Sky from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom.

The longest song I've ever covered was Run With Us by Lisa Lougheed. Either that or Clubbed To Death. Those were done when I first started in 2009 with FamiTracker 0.3.0 & I know it's not great at all, but hey; it was a first attempt.

I'm currently working on a cover from Metal Slug X on the Deflemask tracker. I'm using its arcade soundchip to replicate the midi instruments of the MIDI soundchip used in the Neo-geo. It's really hard but I'm getting the hang of how FM instruments work on that specific tracker. I'm sort-of giving up but the overridden guitar on the Sega FM synth sounds really cool. It's kinda hard to get some instrumts sound like the MIDI ones such as the piano used in one part of the song.
Here's what it sounds like raw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CvaQkQDD3_4&t=3s
IF you do Deflemask, here's the link to the forum post: http://www.deflemask.com/forum/show-off ... is-cover!/
