Post your drum samples!

Postby RavenousSoothing » Wed Nov 29, 2017 8:33 pm

I figured that this didn't truly go under post your own instruments. I figured, at least based on my start, that people have a lot of trouble finding drum samples. I figured I'd post some of my own.

This DPCM Drumset includes my own crash, kick, and snare, the snare Sonic 2 uses, the snare in Toxicity by SOAD, a Touhou floor tom, claps, hihats, and (what I'm pretty sure are) cowbell hits from Sonic 3.

They are not set to any notes yet, so that you can mix and match without having to tediously remove them all.

That .fti crashes my famitracker and its only 35 bytes. The name is 25 of that, so I think your file may be corrupted.
I'm a sample thief. If you're reading this I've probably stolen samples from you.

Some kick and snare samples.

They aren't mapped to any notes, so you're gonna have to map them yourself.

Have some snare samples.

Got a bunch of yamaha snare samples and one sample called "noise snare" (doesn't sound like the noise channel) and converted them with RJDMC. it's here incase anyone thinks these samples are good.
