NSF Decompiler v2 BETA

A new version is out!

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/702 ... 2BETA1.zip

- Works with multi-track NSF files now!
- Should work with most famicompo pico entries
- Famitracker support updated to 0.4.6
- 0CC-famitracker added, supports 0.3.8 and lower
- Multi-expansion, S5B, 0CC-ftms are probably incompatible with recent famitracker versions.
- No support for the newest FT/0CC versions yet

Since this is a complete rewrite and beta there will probably be lots of bugs. I'll try to fix them if I can. ;)

Also keep in mind copyrights. If you don't have permission, link me to where the .nsf can be found online, legally~

Huh, before it imported Gimmick! with no problem, but now I get "Unknown driver type, Success" with no output.

IaTM, you're thinking of the "nsf importer". Gimmick wasn't composed in Famitracker.

HOW DO YOU KEEP GETTING THESE TWO PROGRAMS BACKWARDS

BECAUSE THE ONE POSTED IN THE N163 IMPORT THREAD IMPORTED NON-FT NSFs, SIR.
I'D LOVE TO GET 5B INSTRUMENTS FROM SONGS THAT AREN'T LION HEART
The tease of even minor support and a "V2" in the other thread can confuse people

IF IT PLAYS IN NOTSOFATSO THEN IT CAN BE RECORDED ON A FRAME BY FRAME BASIS aka NSFIMPORT

IF IT WAS MADE IN FT THEN COMPILED TO NSF THEN IT CAN BE DECOMPILED BACK INTO FTM WITH THE DECOMPILER

It shouldn't say "Success" when it can't recognize the driver. Silly!

There was an NSF Decompiler in the past, but this is a big update and rewrite, hence v2.

There never was an N163 Import in the past, hence no v2.

If you know any less confusing way to name these, let me know~

You'll excuse my ignorance about this but... what does exactly this program do?

It will take an FT/FT 0CC-generated .nsf and make an .ftm out of it (see caveats in the OP, though). Useful if your lose your original .ftm for a project but still have the .nsf, for example.

Oh, I see, thank you.

^This made me thought that it was another regular NSF to FTM translator, like the rainwarrior's one.
