This program is so unsupported right now.

Of all the unsupported programs, this is the most unsupported.

Seriously though, thanks for putting in the effort.

EDIT: Just a few bugs I found in case you feel like getting around to fixing those, too:
I noticed an error when importing certain multi-chip NSFs that use the MMC5, where the MMC5 will be assigned to instrument 01 (when it should always be instrument 00).
I suspect the importer might not distinguish between note cut and note release for VRC7.
Currently, the importer does not repeat consecutive Wxx effects when the previous value is the same (it should).

it also doesn't seem to like hardware envelopes (noticed when importing Gimmick! and Hebereke!. The noise volume isn't captured very well), Again, this doesn't really matter, because if you really need them, you can just use rainwarrior's importer

I tried to implement support for more than 1 track, but I failed! Along with all the other bugs, it'll have to wait until I get around to rewriting this (might be a very, very long time)

Here's a workaround for Gimmick:

The byte at offset 0x1FE0 in the .nsf contains the index number for the first track. Change that byte to change the song that's assigned to track 0. The importer will then import that song instead~

I can't seem to download it. Looks like the file download link is dead. Does anyone happen to have a copy?
