Change your FamiTracker "Sound" settings before exporting the WAV:

It isn't too much of a bad idea considering that people turn FT down for whatever reason (which would make a Master Volume toolbar in the toolbars really helpful).

also for panning each channel in the export dialog

Any instance of FamiTracker can have its volume altered by Windows' Volume Mixer, as well as its own Volume slider in the "Sound" configuration (as previously shown). Only the latter affects the volume of the export.

FamiTracker also has mixer settings so that one can change specific chip volumes:

Because everything that OP wishes to change can already be changed before export, I don't see a particular reason to duplicate the same dialog.

FamiTracker is not obligated to support stereo. Export channels separately and pan them yourself.

Sometimes those volume values are reset, I don't know why.

However, Mixer settings seems like a solution for my problem, thanks. Though Mixer settings can't go low enough and FT builds and forks have different Windows' Volume Mixer settings.

Now topic can be closed, it's been proven that feature would be useless, because there is no need in having different export and playback sound options.
