It should be simple enough to make more than one FTM, synchronized to the same (or an integer multiple of) tempo/speed, covering however many channels you need. Just render them all out to wav, and mix them in any sound editor.
It's functionally identical to using multiple NES's with a synced reset switch/play button, plus you get the benefit of stereo or more, audio channels.

Use syncplay to play multiple FamiTracker Modules at once if need be. Manage the instrumentation, expansions and tempos yourself.

Couldn't you just (sort of) simulate the sounds using N163? You could technically get something that sounds like a VRC6 and two MMC5's, or a VRC7-ish and an MMC5, but there is channel hiss to deal with.

Where do I find that ChannelMap.cpp/IDD_CHANNELS?
