This is a nice little tune. I think you need to play a little bit with making the Pulse 2 channel more interesting, however.
-Vary the pitch slightly from the Pulse 1 channel, because weird things happen when both channels try to play the same note at the same time. P81 or P7f would work well, though you could apply it to the Pulse 1 channel instead.
-Play with duty cycles - everything is currently at the default V00, but V01 and V02 would be nice here.
-A little 483 vibrato would be nice on some of the sustained notes would be nice, so it's not just a flat note.

Wow you're absolutely right, actually the duty wasn't supposed to be the same for instrument 00 and 01, I must have changed it at some point ! Definitely going to fix this, thanks !

Edit : Ah, just looked into it, it's that bug when editing the duty/noise for instrument 00/01 changes instrument 01/00's at the same time.
