Not bad! I really love the intro (0:00-0:06) and 0:50-1:10. It sounds like a video game opening that would take place in a futuristic city (maybe it's the neon in the drawing that makes me think that). My biggest problem is that there seems to be no structure to the song. With the melody it just wanders with out any direction. The entire song sounds like someone was improvising over it. This can work in small sections (such as 0:50-1:10), but not for the entire song. Sections of the song seem to just start without the previous one ending or leading into the next section. A really easy fix for all of these problems is creating a chord progression. This would not only fix any note clashing, allow you to create a more structured melody, and let you create an effective end or lead in at the end of each section. This isn't a bad song by any means; you just have some stuff to work on going forward ;) let me know if you have any question.
