Yup. You saw the thread name (I think)
It's that awesome theme from Castlevania 3 Called Beginning that plays on the first level.
I thought "What if the American Version and an expansion chip too that added nearly the same channels as the japanese version?" Then i remembered that the MMC5 Exists.
Sooo this is how i think it would sound like if Beginning was for the MMC5.

Bass triangle channel seems an octave too low.

Other than that, good one. I have a soft spot for Castlevania.

Yeah, converting a Sawtooth wave to a Triangle wave isn't the easiest thing. (At least for me)

Okay, maybe i should've stated that i used his song as a base, but i didn't COMPLETLY Rip it off.

There's a difference between using things as a reference while still doing things on their own, and copying almost everything with little to no changes made.

Literally all you did was move the saw to the triangle channel and swap some instruments, which takes around 7 minutes, at most 10.This does not in any way make this your cover, it's still the exact same pattern information, and most instruments are the same right down to their names.

If you have the audacity to take somebody else's work that they spent hours on, change next to nothing, and claim it as your own, then you can fuck right off.

Are you fucking kidding me? Or course it's going to be a complete ripoff. MovieMovies1 clearly stated the things you did. I'm not going to repeat what he said, so here's one thing.

Well, I sometimes use someone's cover as a base. But not like this.
I put some Originality to it. With more fitting Instruments, Few note changes, A number of arrangements, making it closer to the Original, and not to seem it like a rip-off. And most of all, if I was getting Inspiration from soneone's, I just take some Frames on the Cover and Converting them by Typing, not Copy Pasting (With some few Extinces)
Copy Pasting and Just Slapping is not Inspiration. It is a copy.

P.S. MMC5 DO Exist on the US NES but not the Expansion chip. The Expansion chip on the US console is almost impossible without modding.
