I'd make it a bit more bassy, that's my biggest gripe.

Yeah, the original has really heavy bass, but your cover has none at all, and sounds really empty as a result.

You can actually get a good distorted synth bass sound if you use really low notes on the sawtooth channel, and you can make it sound even better if you double the bass an octave up on another channel. I've attached an edit I made of your cover (in 5.0 beta) as a proof of concept.
