[2A03] Hetereke: Continue? + Game Over (5.0 BETA5)

I remastered the cover songs of
"Hetereke: Continue + Game Over"
(aka. Felix THE HET's Sunsoft Remix)! :)

Besides this, there are arranging songs based on
SiIvaGunner and Vinesauce after the third song.

Cover songs:
#1: Continue?
#2: Game Over
#3: Continue? Extended
#4: Game Over Extended
#5: Bonus! (Vinesauce)
